Welters - the Ballet Elite (non profit) and New School of Dance & Arts continues to serve all children in the DMV. We are a training center that offers pre professional dance and training experiences by professional artists. Your gift will provide endless possibilities for all students and will assist with keeping the doors to this Small Black Owned Business Open and ready to continue making dreams come true through Dance.
